Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Dementia Action Alliance brings together communities, organisations, groups and individuals committed to improving the lives of local people affected by dementia.
We want to:
Develop dementia friendly communities
Connect organisations and individuals who are interested in dementia
Take action on dementia
Give a voice to people with dementia and their carers
Do you want to be a part of a dementia friendly Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin?
Would you like to support and encourage people living with dementia and their carers to feel involved, and included, in what goes on locally? Are you prepared to look at how small changes can make a big difference to the quality of life for others?
